Your role will involve generating compelling leads, implementing strategic sales plans, and seamlessly collaborating with our marketing and creative teams to achieve unified business objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Generate compelling leads through diverse channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to surpass revenue targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, from potential clients to partners and referral sources.
- Collaborate with our talented marketing and creative teams to implement integrated campaigns.
**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of business development experience, with a focus on the digital industry.
- Proven success in lead generation and deal closure.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape and the latest marketing trends.

**What We Offer:**
- Full-time, remote position.
- Competitive Compensation: $60,250 - $90,225 US per year, exclusively 1099 commission with a bonus pay structure.
